Don’t normally post about my workouts but it’s such a huge part of my life so I thought I’d share this one. I’ve known @swensonboxing for a while and he’s one of the best trainers. Not my first day boxing but it was my first day KICKboxing and let me tell you.... hardest cardio EVER. My heart was pumpin blood. Obviously working out is part of my job but it’s also my way of staying happy & sane. If you don’t workout I challenge you to find one workout you enjoy and stick with it. I promise you won’t regret it! Comment your fave workout!!

Wow!! Super impressed Liz!!! Great power!! Looks like a fantastic cardio workout!! I just the gym last week and you are motivating me big time!!! I used to love a workout called " Circuit training " going form apparatus to apparatus every 1 min where you did reps and in between each apparatus you did some type of cardio!!🏃♀️🏋️♂️🚴♂️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤❤❤😍😍😍

A kick has more power than a punch,you know who I've seen kick,pretty high too,she surprised me,Kendall Jenner,that girl can throw some mean kicks.

Look into a bmi teat and your resting metabolic rate or caloric need : ) then eat enough and wight lift and you'll develope fastest : )

Also, for those who don’t like or don’t have much time or money, what about go run or do walk outside and do a few stretching ?

Nice technique, love the focus and intensity. As a triathlete and tennis nut i need to focus more on strength training.
