Don’t normally post about my workouts but it’s such a huge part of my life so I thought I’d share this one. I’ve known @swensonboxing for a while and he’s one of the best trainers. Not my first day boxing but it was my first day KICKboxing and let me tell you.... hardest cardio EVER. My heart was pumpin blood. Obviously working out is part of my job but it’s also my way of staying happy & sane. If you don’t workout I challenge you to find one workout you enjoy and stick with it. I promise you won’t regret it! Comment your fave workout!!

I used to love a workout called " Circuit training " going form apparatus to apparatus every 1 min where you did reps and in between each apparatus you did some type of cardio!!🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️🚴‍♂️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤❤❤😍😍😍

deyoeharris1 Look into a bmi teat and your resting metabolic rate or caloric need : ) then eat enough and wight lift and you'll develope fastest : )
