Is it a legitimate reason or just an excuse? .  Really tho? .  Be completely honest with yourself because you owe it to yourself! Now just change one thing in your life, just one, and start today. Drink more water or cut out soda, make one meal a day a clean meal. Get an extra hour of sleep, go to the gym or go for a walk outside, or do 100 jumping jacks.  One day at a time.
