Took some time before I recognized how often I wanted body types I could never have. Took me a LONG ASS TIME to just love this body that I have .. and take care of it the best I can.. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Ive learned that I have thoughts like many girls out there when it comes to physical dissatisfaction or self sabotaging .. I still have my days where I can feel insecure or whatever but the difference now is im my own competition.. if I’m not happy I just gotta work to make whatever it is better and really be grateful with my results .. and be in acceptance that this is it man.. so the whole learning to “love me” thing is a journey and a choice . It def brings me way more happiness. Side bar: shout out to @imngo for this dope jacket! 😜😜😜
