Family comes in all shapes & sizes. I was raised by an Armenian man, Armen M Hatounian. Out of devoted love for my mother, he raised me as his own. He passed over a decade ago & today on Father’s Day, I miss him extra special. My soul is weeping but I am grateful to have had such a powerful father/daughter relationship, that keeps me cherishing his memory daily. He taught me the basics virtues of life, strength, self-confidence, bravery, security & love without expectations. He gave me unlimited support & encouraged me to be unapologetically who I am supposed to be. The things that he was not, he gave me the freedom to discover on my own. At times when I could not find my own words, he understood me. Boy was I blessed! I miss him so. Today I celebrate all fathers. Raising children with character is a tireless gift & that love is beyond....I think of my own son, knowing that he will always be my #1 boy! He has an amazing father who showers him with love -DC 🙏🏼.
