I started off with a base of the @palladiobeauty IM GLOWING Liquid Highlighter in 24k. Works great as a shadow or highlighter. Once it sets, I start with the felt side of the FIFTY-FIFTY cat eyeliner. I love this liner because it’s SO easy to use! It’s very pigmented, unlike some other felt liners I’ve tried. Once the wings are pretty much even (sisters, not twins😉) I used the Kajal side to line my upper waterline. Lastly, I applied a couple coats of mascara - and that’s it!
