official_greywolf Hi @sonyxperia I jus wanted let you guy's know that the Sony Xperia 1 is not really good when it comes with the battery and camera's, bcuz there are different YouTubers that put your phone to the test and it has bad results, like the 3 camera's that is at the back of the phone, does camera's doesn't do we'll at video's and taking photos, it's just not really working with the software, like for good example the GOOGLE Pixel 3 XL has 1 camera only but it works perfectly with the software to take beautiful pictures that blows other phones out there except the Huawei P30 Pro, so please Sony fix this problem that you have with the camera's, and don't forget to change the battery on any Sony phones that are coming out in the future, please Sony give your phones a bigger battery, like a 4200mAh battery that will make your customer's happier and give your phone's a new design, like on the Redmi K20 Pro, make your phone's beautiful, make it an eye catching device and also don't remove the headphone jack from your phone's.

arez.1991 I am unable to update my Xperia XZ Premium to the latest version 47.2.A.10.62 My mobile update center shows me the System update. I can download the update but when i click on install i get an error it says Could not install the new software version. Try again. I tried couple of times downloading the same update but it still doesn't install. I haven't rooted my phone. Has anyone exprienced this? What can i do for this? My current Android version is Pie. The error does not mention any reason

winnipegcuttingedgecutlery My Sony phone died and of course there is no support or help out there from Sony (3rd Sony in a row to die and get no help or support) my provider gave me a free new galaxy s10+ . Well it works unlike the Sony but just like an iPhone it seems to be 5-10 years behind in most features and options, set up sucks. I miss my Sony, too bad Sony no longer deals with the biggest network in my country ?

zedfreee @sonyxperia who needs a huge screen like that? We want a high end Compact like the z5 Compact. Just give it a better screen /body ratio and its perfect 👌 iam still using my z5 sitting on a pocket full of money waiting for a Z5 Compact revival... Look at the Samsung S10e!

leslieceoi @Sony I update the system(50.2.A.0.379) today. And I've already restarted my phone three times. I don't know your designer think what. So why don't you give us some prompts to confirm it after I press it. Maybe you don't have Customer Experience Department.
