Even right now, with limited calories and stepping on stage in a few days, I still get to ENJOY the foods I eat, simply by being creative. This is my go-to breakfast right now: EGG WHITE PIZZA🍕!!! You can make it too. Recipe below👇. What's your go-to meal right now you enjoy no matter what?⠀ • • • • •⠀ Egg White Pizza⠀ 1 serving, 28g protein, 2g carbs, 0g fats⠀ ⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ •1 C liquid egg whites⠀ •Handful spinach🍃 and/or greens⠀ •2 Tbsp chopped white onion⠀ •2 chopped white button mushrooms🍄⠀ •@flavorgod Pizza🍕 seasoning⠀ •@bragglivefoodproducts nutritional yeast⠀ •Himalayan💎 sea salt⠀ ⠀ DIRECTIONS⠀ •Warm stovetop pan to medium-high heat. Place chopped onion and mushrooms to cook for about 3 mins.⠀ •Add spinach to wilt.⠀ •Turn down heat to medium and pour in egg whites.⠀ •Place cover on top and let it sit! Usually takes about 5-8 mins and it will start to bubble, puff up and cook bottom to top.⠀ •Wait until you no longer see 'liquid' on top, then turn off heat and remove cover.⠀ •Place pizza on a plate and sprinkle on your Pizza seasoning and 'cheese' aka nutritional yeast.
