Today, pastry chef Tal Spiegel’s (@desserted_in_paris) days are surrounded by delectable treats. But he started off as an art director and graphic designer in Tel Aviv with patisserie dreams. “I moved to Paris and studied here,” says Tal, who started documenting what he tasted around the city — often, with shoes to match — on social media. “What inspires me the most is my curiosity. It makes me always research to find something new.”
