Een uitgerekt elastiekje kun je ook niet met oefeningen weer in vorm krijgen. Denk dat grootte van diastase en de tijd die er tussen zit ((bevalling en herstel) meespelen. Die mevrouw zal anders erg rijk moeten zijn als t zo te verhelpen is?.
