melissacorinneb @nathangrundy my spikes usually last for a season. But I two different pairs, one for racing and one for training- it helps spread out the shelf life of them too. Running shoes, I usually switch between two pairs regularly. And probably switch them out every 3 months- lots of miles on them!

slance12 Mel you should be proud with that effort. Being a mom is a whole new level of added stress to your life. In my opinion, you won if you ran that 800m without going through your to-do list in your head ? Seriously though, I am so incredibly proud of you ❤️
