I am so grateful to have the support of amazing coaches around me. They inspire and motivate me and help me to stay positive as we try to figure everything out. Athlete mental health is very important but coaches need to look after themselves too so that we can be the best version of ourselves to support our gymnasts. As last week was coaching week, I thought that this message was important. I’m realising more and more how tough this job can be and how necessary it is to take the time to look after yourself. • Looking back on the busiest three weeks ever! I had some time in Half Term to chat and work with some of the youngest aspiring gymnasts at @istaracademy. I’m very happy to still be in a position to inspire others and as an athlete and now as a coach, this has been one of the best things that rhythmic gymnastics has allowed me to do. • Looking forward to a day off on Sunday but for now I’m heading back to Lilleshall to coach the England squad.
