itsmeimyourdad I say we boycott the parade sense the choice of queen is only set in female high school seniors, and no gender fluid, ambiguous or anyone outside of the rigid rules. If this is the liberal utopia we say it is, we would start talking about the shit we celebrate and the problematic rules and themes behind the majority of the “traditions” who were all decisive by white racists from the 30s, who invited Nazi ships into our harbor during the parade times.
