BREAKDOWN 👇 1️⃣ Retouch with lightener (#Lightmaster + Oil Additive + Bond) 2️⃣ Remove old color with @Matrix Color Eraser + warm water (I used bottled water heated in an electric tea kettle) Yes it needs to be warm. Yes it needs to be pure water and not tap. To be totally transparent, I had been using the Color Eraser with warm tap water previously and I didn’t think it was a big deal to bend that rule but OMG look how MAGICAL it is when you use it exactly the way you’re supposed to! 😂 3️⃣ I reached for the NEW #Matrix ColorSync Sheer Acidic Toners. In my experience, to get a really good gray/silver (in any line) demi always works better than direct dyes and gives it more of a true silver metallic finish. 👌 ✨ I used ✌ different colors of the acidic toners.
