フィンクさんのインスタグラム写真 - (フィンクInstagram)「Sometimes, in our musical journeys, a track just hits you and you like it no matter what the genre - this week, this track from Trashbat - Dial Me Up - does just that I can't explain, like using logical or philosophical terms, why it moves me almost to tears... all I know is it just takes me back to so many different times in dance music in one track - OG house, early noughties 2-step, speed garage, dubstep - it's almost as if, in 5 minutes, Trashbat has downloaded the best "feelings" I had in my dance music days - and mashed them all together in a shameless slice of dance music that simply just takes me back to the best moments... about the only thing missing was the momentous years I spent in the basement of Bar Rhumba in London at the legendary Movement night drum and bass-ing - so Breakage ticks that box for me with some tight-laced D+B...also we got @bantou_mentale_ with some worldly flaves, Burial on the mix for Luke Slater, the RSI of Internal N.Y.
