You said you wanted to be on my fitness postpartum journey. You got it! After both my pregnancies I told myself I’d get back into shape as soon as I could. When it didn’t happen I began down the road of self loathing. It’s so easy to look at your body after birth and despise it and hide. The only thing that makes you love or hate your body is your mindset. So this time around I’m ready to get fit and strong but I will treat myself with love and respect and take it slow.
