INGREDIENTS:
10 Dried Figs
20 Walnut Kernels
100g White Chocolate
5g Meiko™ Matcha

DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and leave to cool slightly.
2. Add the Meiko™ matcha powder (better if sifted previously) into the melted chocolate and stir carefully, to avoid the formation of lumps. Leave to cool a bit.
3. In the meantime, cut the figs in half and stuff each half with a walnut kernel.
4. Using a teaspoon, dip walnut-stuffed figs, one at a time, into the matcha chocolate, roll around to cover evenly, then place on a baking paper to cool and set up.
5. These #matchalicious chocolate treats can be stored in a cool dry place up to 1 week. .
