It's been so fun to connect with all of you and I'd love to stay friends over at @thecolorsofsam 🤗 Here I am at the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi. It was my first time entering a mosque so I wasn't sure what to expect! They handed me an abaya at the entrance and told me to take off my shoes, and then they opened the curtain to the most impressive structure I've ever seen. I was in awe and circled the grounds several times, until a concerned security guard asked if I was lost or disoriented 🙈😆 This photo was taken around midday, right at the main entrance, so yes - there were tons of people! My fiance/photographer and I waited it out, and thanks to a boatload of patience and quick shutter speed 😅 we managed to get the shot! Thanks so much for letting me share some of my favorite moments!
