WHOLE BODY WORKOUT 👊🏼 with no impact variations 👌🏼 @adam.m.dunne and I have put together this burner to give you options during your workout! 🙌🏼 Wether you are training with friends of varied fitness levels, live in an apartment and can’t jump around (without your neighbours hating you! 😝) or you need grounded exercises to support current injuries...we hope this workout comes in handy!

ME: on the beginner/no impact option

5 Rounds, 20 reps each exercise
▪️1. SQUAT CLAP BEHIND
The clap behind really encourages you to open your hips at the top to fire up your glutes!
▪️2. PUSH UP CLAP
You can try Adams option on knees or toes, or mine to activate your back & core!
▪️3. CRAB WALK JUMP
or try my option with a pulse.
▪️4. FROGGER CATCH
Try to hold the squat low and knees wide in either variation.
