I like a steak from AJ Spurs, and forty-five white tail deer at sunset with Chris Stapleton on the radio, the sunroof open, and my wife’s sweet face taking the slight wind head on. I like hearing the frenetic yelping of coyotes at night, even with the inevitable ambush that always makes me cringe and brings up a rage.
