Originally from Texas, Will was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 5th round of the 2007 MLB Draft. He made his Major League debut in 2012, and played for the Red Sox through 2014 - including a World Series ring in 2013. Over his 12-year professional career, he also played for the Padres, Brewers, Rangers, and Phillies. A lifelong student of hitting, Will has been exposed to many methodologies from both his own self study and his experiences across multiple organizations. Additionally, Will was drafted at a shortstop and converted into a third baseman - with stints at 2B, 1B, and OF along the way - so he offers important defensive insights for the players with whom he works.
