Remember, when the motivation starts to fade, the discipline should take over. It goes really fast to get out of shape, and unfortunately 10 times longer to get back in shape.
Here’s a lower body workout for you. This program will take you 15 minutes to do, I would recommend to add a couple of more exercise to really see some gains. Here I did low weights with many repetitions. This can and should be swifted out often with heavier weights and only 8-12 repetitions. You must create a variation so your body will not get used to the same thing over and over again...
1️⃣25 squats, 4 times
2️⃣30 deadlifts with straight legs, 4 times
3️⃣20 squats, 4 times
