Some thoughts I wrote down while I couldn’t sleep on the plane :
•Stop thinking about what your life should be like and accept what it is
•Decide to let every obstacle be a learning experience instead of a negative experience. •Be kind and brave
•Be present •Don’t talk down to yourself
•Release the negative people and energy from your life and accept the fresh, new and unknown.
•Choose to be persistent instead of jealous and envious •Don’t be someone you are not, in an attempt to fit in
And always…BE TRUE TO YOURSELF!
