My summer wellness routine = staying cool + lots of smoothies! The first thing I do in the morning no matter what is use my @herbivorebotanicals jade roller. Noooo please don't fall into the collagen trap. It's just a scam and it's not even how science works. Collagen production is most dependent on vitamin C consumption, which does not come from the supplement that you are getting, but sweet and savory fruits, and broccoli for the most part. Yes you are making a smoothie that has fruit in it but essentially you're paying top dollar for a product that the meat industry considered basically trash and is selling it to people who they're using. Collagen and consumption does not equal to more production unfortunately.
