This is ME. This is who i am. Who i have chosen to be. And i like that... but every day i see something or someone on here that makes me feel like there is a part of me that isn't enough or right. And that is sad.
I fear Instagram is making us believe we are always missing out. Believe in images that aren't real. Instead of appreciating what we have in front of us. We are all guilty of this. I just hope one day we can not be so numb to what is in front of us. And our brains can realise not everything you see online is better than what you have. Because you have a life. And that is beautiful.

You can’t change something that’s already perfect . So hard not to look at pictures and want to look different or tweak something you don’t like about yourself. I’m old enough to realise it’s not real and a lot of these people have make up artists , hair stylists , dieticians, PTrainers and apps that completely change your look but still it gets to me sometimes ?
