Baked Crispy Chicken / recipe below⬇️

Leave skin on even if you plan on not eating chicken with the skin on (like a crazy person 😂jk) leave the skins on for baking. Skins help the chicken pieces from drying out while they bake.

INGREDIENTS:
🔥about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs chicken (I used 4 thigh 6 legs,, all chicken parts work, like wings)
🔥Olive oil or avocado oil
🔥#flavorgod Himalayan salt & pink pepper
🔥#flavorgod ghost seasoning -

➡️Trim the chicken pieces of excess fat and skin. Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
➡️Lightly Sprinkle pieces of chicken with #flavorgod S+P .Let the chicken pieces sit for 15 to 20 minutes to take the chill out of them and in the meantime preheat oven.
➡️Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
➡️after 20 minutes, Oil and Season the chicken w/ #flavorgod ghost seasoning and a touch more #flavorgod S+P, place in pan. Also place oil at the bottom of the roasting pan.
Arrange the chicken pieces in the pan so that all the pieces are skin-side up.
Don't crowd the pan; allow room between pieces. ( allows steam to release)
➡️Bake at 400°F (205°C), for 30 minutes.
(This initial high heat will help brown the chicken.)
➡️Then lower the heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for and additional 30 minutes. until juices run clear (not pink) when poked with knife or the internal temperature of the thighs is 170°F (77°C) when tested with a meat thermometer.
If the chicken isn't browning well enough, place the chicken under the broiler for the last 5 minutes of cooking, until browned, few minutes.
