I’m not really sure where to start talking about this or how to exactly because i never really have spoken much about this topic ever online but it’s something i feel that some people need to hear and it’s something i should be more open about on here. But growing up I never really dealt with anxiety that much or enough to understand what anxiety actually was up until last year. I started waking up in the middle of the nights in a panic, would never wanna leave my apartment & it felt like it was all only happening to me. But i finally brought it up to someone & talked about it and felt a LOT better just with knowing that i wasn’t the only one experiencing this and that’s why i wanted to come online and say that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! We’re all here for each other and i know that it may not seem like it at times but everything’s going to be okay & there’s always a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Don’t think too much about the days ahead and just take everything day by day! I’m here for you all and gonna be responding to DMs & comments under this post throughout the day :) i love you all

I myself struggle with anxiety everyday and it is not fun but I know I am not alone :) I got a tat that says “breath” which represents anxiety and to just remind yourself to breath and believe everything is going to be okay. trinroberts19 All I want to say thank you for saying this, this has helped me a lot and made me feel like I'm not alone with anxiety n I work out the hard way about what anxiety is too last year.
