They contacted me and offered a free session while I was in town, and since I’ve always wanted to try a salt cave or room, I went. One of the owners, Stefanie, was there to meet me and made me feel very welcome. The whole place smelled amazing, the salt room was tranquil, and the experience was SO COOL. They even have toys for kiddos who come in, which is so smart and fun. When the halo session starts going, you can literally see a salt fog around you and the air even tastes salty. When we were done, my bff Imu said it felt like we’d spent a day at the beach but weren’t completely zapped from sun exposure. Salthaus offered such a unique experience, and I’d 100% recommend it to anyone in the city looking for a few minutes to relax, unplug, and reset.
