I mostly post my workouts in my stories but most of you have been requesting for a video. So, here! This is just a quick edit and I promise to do a legit one on my (not so active) YouTube channel when @arnoldaninion’s gym is open but for now, here’s a quick circuit. Happy to inspire you guys! Remember we are all a work in progress. Form and strength improve over time ❤️ I, myself am still working on it! Also, take note - when I say listen to your coach, listen - I didn’t and as you can see he was right about my towel 😂. .
Repeat this circuit 3X.
10X per side single leg planks with elevated shoulder taps.
5X AB Roll Out with EZ Bar.
10X per side Rear Lunge with medicine ball into front kick.
