Sara @saraagahfranti and I don’t always have time to take a full day off when we are getting ready to go out on tour, but we do get to take moments like these. Time to for a deep breath, downloading the challenges of the day, followed by some laughs or an “i hear ya, my day kinda had it’s sucky moments too” and some subtle shifts that help when shit really needs to hit the reset button. It definitely ain’t always perfect and in weeks like these it isn’t always enough, but I do appreciate the preciousness of every second we share together. Even though we have our rough patches, reconnecting is always sweet and worth it.
