I wanted to learn from the best so I’ve been taking a course from NASM (which is one of the most accredited programs) and each week my mind is blown from all the info I learn about the body! 🤓 If you’ve ever been interested in learning about the human body/personal fitness/or even pursuing being a trainer, I definitely recommend this program!!
