I used to Love seeing these commercials on TV! So when I auditioned I remember being waaaay too nervous. It was one of the only auditions I had where I asked to pause to get a drink of water and regroup. I went back in and the rest is history.
To my fellow actors who struggle with nerves in an audition. Remember to take your time. It’s no rush. Not a race. Compose yourself and use the nerves as a tool in the room. If you need “need a moment” to take a break. Do it! It’s YOUR audition. Nobody else’s.
