Morning mindfulness 🧘🏼♀️I am a big fan of meditation and have been practicing for about 4 years. It took me a while to find what works for me and I switch between using a guided app or my TM (transcendental meditation) mantra. It definitely helps me to feel calm and more focused during the day.
