I can’t believe it’s already been 10 years since the pilot of Glee aired. Feels like just yesterday, and also like a lifetime ago. I could never have dreamt of being a part of something as special as glee. There were world tours, Super Bowl spots and the September issue of Vogue.. but most importantly there was each other. Together we shared it all: the triumphs, the tragedies, the slushies.. The cast and crew of glee will FOREVER be my family - and to the fans, you were the heart of the show. Your unwavering support and love are a true gift and we appreciate you more than you’ll ever know. Getting to be a part of a show that celebrated how our differences make us stronger was a dream. I don't know if you'll see this, but you were one of the best parts of Glee. Seeing a real woman have an amazing part on a show that changed my life (and I'm an old woman!) still moves me. You made me, and still make me, laugh so hard. My whole family loves you. And the fight scene with Lauren and Santana was hands down one of the best scene's of the series. Seriously hilarious. (I almost peed myself the first time I saw it, I was roflmao!) Wishing you every bit of laughs, love and music that you helped give the world through Glee. Be well! 💜💜💜💜
