Who DOESN'T love a side of mashed potatoes? Plus, when #madeinStaub, they become a one-pot-dish: just boil, drain, and add everything back into the same Cocotte for mashing and serving. Ta-da! Now, try @rachelserruyawilks's recipe, Not Your Mother’s Mashed Potatoes 🥔🤤:
6 russet potatoes
1 stick of butter
1 cup of cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parsley
Boil your potatoes until tender. Drain, then add butter to the hot pot and pour your potatoes back inside. Add your cream, salt and pepper. Smash it all up until creamy! (Add more salt n pep to taste)! Garnish with parsley. Enjoy! #MadeInStaub
