peachesandpeelers A few months ago I bought two pregnancy pillows for an expectant person. I found that the pillows were not suitable so I returned them straight away. I returned two pillows to one seller by genuine accident, which I then realised not long after. I contacted the seller about this and SENT THEM THE PROOF OF POSTAGE WHICH SHOWS BOTH PACKAGES BEING SIGNED ON SEPERATE DAYS BY THE SAME COMPANY (these screenshot images here), but the seller has maintained that they only received one (WHICH IS A LIE). The seller then kept asking me for proof WHICH I SENT. I called @amazon about this numerous times, @amazon contacted the seller about this who were coming up with nonsense! I repeatedly sent them the receipts to show this! I went back to my bank @hsbc who did an investigation and refunded me...ONLY FOR THE SELLER/AMAZON to recharge the amount via disputing it to the bank! This is outrageous! To this day I have only received one refund when I sent back two!!!!! I was then told by @amazon that because this was my mistake that I am not entitled to the second refund. This is an outrage and I will not stop until I get my money back for this poor example of customer service. The lying seller was Gugro Storefront on Amazon. If I don't get a refund I will shut down my 12-year-old account. #Amazon #DoSomething #TerribleCustomerService

mochabrown_22 @amazon , how could you deny an employees request for time off for one day to go to their immediate family’s funeral because y’all say it’s supposed to be a mandatory day. Why would you even put that person in a predicament to have to choose to go to their immediate families funeral or have to go to work or they gonna lose their job , how insensitive is that. How is that even fair to deny a request to go to their immediate family’s funeral or if you call out on a mandatory day you’re fired. But why would y’all even deny a person that needs to go to their immediate families funeral they will have proper paperwork from the funeral home stating that they were there. Can y’all please help me so @amazon can see this please because it not right. My family member will regret it not being able to attend because their job made them choose between going to a funeral and going to mandatory work. @amazon
