((That was so extreeeeme!!!🤯)) #1st martial arts class EVERRR if you don’t count aikido, Qi Gong or Tai Chi ⚡️☺️⚡️ (which of course we dooo) had an emotionally charged day & suddenly sprung to life, ripped myself out of funk to go do yoga or something then saw this was in the vicinity... it immediately felt good, even though felt like such a nerd in our punching sequences at the end lolz. Couldn’t remember what country of origin this style’s from & then asked my partner (who gave me lots of bruises hahah) at the end of class & it’s from #ISRAEL !!! Now I feel much less dorky & way more badasssss😈 All my Israeli friends I was envious of b/c they all had to learn this! Best be proud ;) I’m gonna stick with this, it’s so hardcore!! Hopefully be Israeli army worthy in a few years 😇💛🔥🧡 #kravmaga prepares the body AND MIND against violent attacks. #getit #neverbeavictim #hai 🙏🏼
