It’ll be the first time ever that our DAB pastries will be served in Paris, and a bit of a homecoming for me as I trained there for 8 years before moving to the U.S. So I decided to create something new just for the weekend: the Pretzel, with pretzel bavaroise, soft caramel, and crispy peanut butter feuilletine, inspired by those classic NYC soft pretzels.
