INGREDIENTS:
2 Egg Whites
80g Sugar
½Tsp Lemon Juice
1Tsp Cornstarch
.
For the matcha cream:
150g Whipped Cream
10g Midori™ Matcha
30g Condensed Milk

DIRECTIONS:
1. Whisk 2 egg whites using a hand mixer on low speed. While whisking the egg whites add ⅓ of 80g sugar gradually in the mix to make a meringue.
2. Add another ⅓ of sugar into the mix and whisk.
3. Add the rest of the sugar into the mix and whisk until the meringue forms a high peak.
4. When the meringue is ready, add 1 Tsp cornstarch and mix it on a low speed. Add ½ Tsp of lemon juice and mix again.
5. Put meringue into the baking tray and shape into a ball.
6. Put it in the oven at 150°C for 20 minutes.
7. Mix matcha cream ingredients together and place on top of meringue, once cooled.
