louisea__ Pls help me with my concerns because Mcdonalds branch in Primark Town Center in Rosario Cavite is the worst branch ever. Staffs are not properly trained and not well mannered. Just tonight I ordered nuggets with happy meal around 10:45 and received my order around 11:25 , imagine how long i waited for it and I kept on following up my orders but staffs are kept telling me to WAIT WAIT but others who just ordered got theirs earlier and EVEN THE MANAGER is really rude didnt even said sorry and when i was about to go the happy meal was not the right one which I chose,. it was really really a bad experience and to tell you this is not the first time their service was bad when we ordered 6 pieces of chicken for take out it also took 20 minutes and we found out at home that there was no gravy at all. There was also a time when we ordered milky coffee float but the taste was so bald and we even ask the staff to do something about it bec. we know that the taste was totally different from what is suppose to be. PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Its getting worst. STAFFS ARE REALLY SLOW, NOT PROPERLY TRAINED AND they do not even engaged with the customers.
