I’ve been quiet lately. I have been grappling with posting something so deeply personal. 11 1/2 years ago I found my familiar, my best friend. He was born in Alabama. Protecting me when I was a young man in New York. Played in the deepest creeks of Vancouver British Columbia he kept me smiling when I was at my darkest.
He played in the summer rain in Florida, He traveled route 66. He hiked every trail in sunny California. He kept the one I love safe in Yosemite from Bears. He spent his golden years in the place of my birth IIndiana. If you had the pleasure to know him, he loved you very much. What more can I say about my boy Kentucee The purest soul. It was meant to be you and me buddy. Love you Eternally and we will see each other again.

I lost my heart dog, the love of my life, my best friend in the entire world, the external carrier of my soul, in 2011. It was truly my greatest pain, and I’ve been through my share of trauma. I’m so, so sorry. The only thing that helps is the gradual passing of time. I still miss her every day. My heart breaks for you.
