As did the grilled asparagus and sprouting broccoli with walnuts and anchovy butter, crudités with a fabulously green parsley and Parmesan dip, the rib-eye steak with horseradish and preserved blackcurrant sauce (not Ribenary at all, more with the zing of freshly made wine, should you be wondering) and, to end, wafer thin dark chocolate with coriander seeds.
