While I was in New Zealand racing this past weekend, part of the Hoonigan team that made The Gymkhana Files attended the Daytime Emmy Awards presentation in Hollywood. Hoonigan was nominated for THREE Emmys! (Outstanding Directing, Outstanding Cinematography and Outstanding Sound Mixing) While we didn’t bring home any of the awards, it’s still a HUGE win for us as a production company to have our first major studio project (we did The Gymkhana Files with Amazon) nominated for not one, but three separate awards.
