Took my blood pressure this morning, and it made me think about John Singleton and all of us. I want to ask you a few questions. When was the last time you checked your blood pressure? When was the last time you had a physical? When was the last time you ran a mile? When was the last time you checked in on YOU?John's untimely death should be a wake up call to all of us. We gotta take better care of ourselves!!

shylasmom2012 Important to take care of yourself. I need to listen to my own advice. My blood pressure is high and I have a 7 year old daughter so I want to be around for her. I am a single mom like all the other millions of moms out there and I'm just getting out of bankruptcy so I'm currently staying with my mom until I can save up money to move but I am a pharmacy technician and I believe in hard work and I teach my daughter that the world is not a free place to live you have to work. Anyway enough of my life story I'm glad that you're taking care of yourself. Keep up the good work if you have any tips as to how you're keeping your pressure down please feel free to respond. Thank you guys for all you do you are very talented. Keep on making me laugh.

stilettobiz My bp is normal with the help of right beta blocker and removing stressors from my life, meditation and exercise. I find that the last three plays the biggest part in being healthy. Your body represents the healthiness of your mind.
