From cutting to 63 (lol I’m 5’7”), gaining to 69, cutting to 69, gaining back to 69 again bc life, gaining to 71 and now still trying to gain past 71 (a solid 4kg heavier than this time last year), @rpstrength has been with me through it all. 4(?) years strong working together now & I just have to show them a lil appreciation! I’ve been bigger, I’ve been smaller, I’ve definitely changed shapes multiple times, been fluffy, been lean, been SOMEWHERE IN BETWEEN, but performance is always the goal & the body is a result of that. I tried the new RP app which changed my numbers a bit, so I’m enjoying playing the fun puzzle game again of what fits into each meal. “MATTIE10” saves you on basically everything they have to offer & gives you 6 month access to the app for super discount (I 10/10 recommend trying the app if you already work with them and haven’t yet too).
