The tread wall is one of my favorite training tools for building endurance. You can change the steepness of the wall from less than vertical to 40 degrees overhanging. You can also adjust the speed from 1-10 to accomplish different exercises. I set some new training routes on it with @kiltergrips - at the CWA we will be showing them mapped out so you can use the same climbs and/or adjust them to your needs. The more cycles around, the longer the route, and the more of a pump challenge! Psyched on my patio now!😁🏡 🧗🏼‍♀️
