Feeling long, strong and a little bit less curvy! @myodetox have been helping me with my #Scoliosis here in LA and daily pain has started to decrease! I’ve been struggling a lot more lately (probably due to all the sitting at a desk/flying/wearing heels..) and my Myo sessions with @vinnierehab and @doctor.kurt have been AMAZING. I’ve paired back all my training to just Pilates and some slow strength work and I’m finally getting strong again, and PAIN FREE! Yay!
