I’ve been getting lots of requests to share my workouts. This a great at home workout to target the abs and glutes, it’s a burner 🔥 all you need is a mini resistance band and some gliders (or a couple of towels if you have a wooden/polished floor).
How to:
4 x sets
Exercise 1 banded leg extension: 1 minute each side (hold a squat position and keep the supporting leg as still as possible)
Exercise 2 - glider plank > pike > knee tuck: 1 minute
Exercise 3 oblique pike: 30 seconds each side (keep lower back down on your mat, reach for the opposite ankle) @nathalie_hayward #pilates #homeworkout 💪🏻
