The anxiety I have coming home is out of control. I find myself staring blank for minutes thinking what it will be like in LA now, After my own personal armegeddon. I’m going to have to just bury myself in work and remember that this was a long time coming. I’m all alone with no family...but the weight of the world is off my shoulders & that freedom is truly the greatest feeling. It’s all very sad but it is what it is- had to put my oxygen mask on first. Don’t live the life people force on you, life is a gift!! You only have one- so don’t be silenced, controlled, shamed by anyone! Say no more!! Take your life back-if you don’t like something- speak up or else you will explode like me from 10 years of sadness/anger/disgust/hatred & resentment. I wish I was strong enough to do this years ago, but I guess I always knew I would lose my parents and so I never did... I will get through this with all of your lovely support and with my friends... like my little twin sissy Hannah who is smiling bc she Lives in Hawaii & is always happy because of that! 😂 I love you all so much and I couldn’t have done this if I did t have such incredible insta friends.
