Pole dancing has largely shed its strip-club-only reputation — developing a wide following in the past 15 to 20 years among everyone, from people seeking a fun workout to athletes lobbying for its status as an #Olympic sport. Even at its most risqué, #poledancing requires great strength, especially in the core and upper body.
