Moved home base from LA to Toronto for a spell. Took the cross country cannon ball run solo and in 5 days along Route 66 To Chicago and on up to Canada. No crash, no ticket, just days of blissful scenery, road side gimmicks, and drop ins on and family and friends. Passed by Horse Thief canyon Arizona and Bloody Gulch New Mexico, Money Creek Illinois, And Climax Michigan. Learned that tornados are migrating south and armadillos north, peered into one the largest meteor craters around, partied with off the grid hippies in back woods Missouri, dined in the oldest steak house in Oklahoma, took in the latest offering at Steppenwolf theater In Chicago, and came across one of my earliest mentors, Master Yoda, gigging as a road side attraction in the Texan pan handle. First time driving such a large swath of this beautiful land, America, forever etched in my soul.

laney_palmer @baileyeion glad you made it safe and got to see my home state in Az. The best state ever. Beautiful weather where I am from..a but warm at time but once your past 100 it is just hot and your used to it. Canada gets cold. A lot. Stay warm

colinhanks Ha! Was just on that same stretch of road from NM to CA last month and stopped at meteor crater as well!
